Situation vacant for the position of office clerk in our customer care department.

Main duties include (but not only):

  • Daily processing of phone calls and emails.
  • Scheduling of appointments and follow-ups.
  • Assisting the accounts department with daily entries
  • Communication with field technicians.
  • Processing of customer paperwork and offers.

Educational and skill requirements:

  • Past experience in office duties
  • Fluent use of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English.

Job benefits:

Salary is negotiable depending on experience in the same role and also on the language skills in both Maltese and English.
