ICI Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist (Maltese & English Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The Receptionist will be stationed at our Head Office in the Central Business District, Mriehel.
The chosen candidate must be fluent in spoken and written Maltese and English.

Responsibilities:
  • Directing phone calls
  • Assisting customers
  • Performing various clerical and other office support duties.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in written and spoken Maltese & English language
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in the field will be considered an asset.
