Receptionist / HR Assistant

RECEPTIONIST & HR ASSISTANT - PREMIER RESTAURANTS MALTA

Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of ten McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit a Receptionist and HR Assistant to support the head office and restaurants team in day-to-day operations.

THE POSITION

Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of Human Resources & Training, the Receptionist and HR Assistant will aid in the running of the head office while supporting the HR function.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors to the Premier Restaurants Malta office and will manage the reception desk, screen calls, greet customers, schedule appointments and provide general administrative and clerical support.

The role will also involve assisting the HR Department in organising employee activities and events and providing support to restaurants and head office teams on HR matters.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have an ‘O' level standard of education, demonstrate good communication skills and a supporting team-building personality. Fluency in English is a requirement, whereas knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
