Our client who specialises in Financial Services is looking for a Receptionist. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Organising inwards and outwards post
  • Booking of bikers and international courier services
  • Opening and distribution of mail
  • Collection of mail weekly/bi-weekly from Office Space leased by clients in Santa Venera
  • Ordering office supplies and handling stationary requests from employees
  • Providing general support to visitors 
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • In possession of a valid driving license and car
  • Good verbal and communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize them as needed
Education & Experience
  • An O'level standard of education
