Our client, a leading company specializing in building services, is looking for a Reception and Admin Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Partner your responsibilities will include:
Managing the reception area and providing administrative support to the team
Handling incoming correspondence by telephone and emails and also greeting visitors
Coordinating travel arrangements and appointments for team members
Ensuring meeting rooms are set as per company standards and ensuring that calendar invites are sent to attendees
Assisting with organizing of events
Ensuring office supplies are maintained and be the main point of contact for suppliers
Assisting HR and other department with day to day administrative tasks
Skill-sets and Requirements
Ability to work under pressure and to work closely with others
Excellent multitasking skills
A motivated team player demonstrating an eager and positive work ethic
Currently based in Malta
Education & Experience
School leaving certificate is required
Excellent command of Microsoft office applications
Proven track record working with administrative and clerical procedures and/or in a similar role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, whether in person, phone and/or written correspondence
