We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in-store with their shopping needs

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Process transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently

Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information

Support store operations as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous customer experience preferred

Willingness to work shifts until 7.30pm, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills
