Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-store with their shopping needs
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Process transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information
Support store operations as needed
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer experience preferred
Willingness to work shifts until 7.30pm, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
