Our client who specialises in real estate is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Director. Your roles and responsabilities will include: 

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  •  Handle requests and queries appropriately 
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Manage Diary and schedule meetings and appointments 
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Taking dictation and minutes 
  • Sourcing office supplies 
  • Producing reports, presentations and briefs 
  • Managing an office filing system
  • Assisting with any other Ad-hoc duties 
Requirements
  • MS Office and Maltese and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritse daily workload
  • Local working experience is needed
Education and Experience
  • Administration background would be an asset
  • School leaving certificate
