Personal Assistant to the Deputy CEO

Our client, a leading group of companies in Malta, is recruiting for a PA to support the Deputy CEO TO provide high-quality and comprehensive support to the Deputy CEO by ensuring timely and efficient administration, co-ordination, and implementation of a variety of projects across the Group. 

  • Scheduling calendar and agenda, maintaining records, taking minutes and coordinating meetings;
  • Supporting in the drawing up of reports, budgets and board documents;
  • Following up with senior management and executives on actions and projects;
  • Drafting, reviewing and sending management and corporate communications;
  • Support in the preparation, implementation and reconciliation of budgets and plans;
  • Assisting in the implementation of digitilisation projects and adoption of new technology;
  • Assisting in the formulation and implementation of ESG strategy and CSRD compliance;
  • Assisting in driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement;
  • Support in the planning, organisation and delivery of key corporate events, liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Support in the handling of personal administration and matters, as and when required;


  • Previous experience within a PA/Secretarial function
  • High level of professional integrity, discretion and sound judgement
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive mindset and attitude
  • High levels of initiative, energy and resourcefulness
  • Excellent multitasking skills with a high ability to pay attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, be fluent in English and Maltese and preferably, Italian
  • Based in Malta
Education and Experience
  • A relevant qualification at a minimum MQF Level 6
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
