Carmelo Abela Marketing Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Invoicing Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily preparation of pick lists and invoices
  • Daily preparation of credit notes
  • Scanning of documents - signed invoices and cash sales
  • Matching of credit notes with invoices
  • Assisting the storekeeper in checking the goods returned by drivers and preparing the Goods Returned sheet
  • Assisting the Store Keeper in planning routes for the next day
  • Helping out with other general work in the stores when required
  • Helping out with general office work when required.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar positions
  • Familiar with office processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • O' level standard and certification in ECDL
  • Professional attitude.
