We are looking for an organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our Legal Partner in all aspects of their work. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, requiring someone who can work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality at all times.


  • Manage and maintain the Legal Partner's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Legal Partner, screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memos.
  • Conduct legal research and compile information for cases.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, colleagues, and other external parties on behalf of the Legal Partner.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing, as well as tracking expenses and managing budgets.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Legal Partner.

Education and Experience
  • Relevant educational qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant preferably in a legal setting.

€35,000 to €40,000 / year
