Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Malta.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Answer Incoming telephone calls;
  • Work with incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Maintain archive (request and follow up for primary documents);
  • Help to organize Business trips;
  • Visitors welcome;
  • Assist with Team building and corporate event organization;
  • Enter agreements, contracts, invoices, and payment orders in ERP systems;
  • Create and maintain an effective office environment;
  • Visit the Post office for correspondence;
  • Take care of the maintenance of the corporate flat;
  • Maintain contact with several providers to keep the office in order;
  • Organize the relocation of employees from other regions. Paperwork, consultation, etc.

We expect from you:

  • Administrative experience;
  • Responsibility and attention to details;
  • Knowledge of Russian (fluently) and English (B2+) languages;
  • Level of oral and written language;
  • Experience with office equipment (PBX, printer, scanner);
  • Сommunication skills, diligence, punctuality, thrift;
  • Being an efficient learner.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
