What We’re Looking For

  • Location: Based in Malta (remote or office-based options available).
  • Experience: Not required but ideally at least 2 years in a similar role, supporting executives or senior management.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; Spanish fluency or proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and presentation tools like Keynote; familiarity with tools like Slack. Experience with accounting software like Xero is a strong advantage.
  • Financial Understanding: Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping to assist with financial tasks.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable & Proactive: A resourceful attitude, anticipating challenges and proactively finding solutions.
  • Discretion: Absolute confidentiality is non-negotiable.
