Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Office Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills to contribute to the efficient functioning of their office.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.


  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Data Entry:

  • Accurate and timely data entry into relevant databases.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company databases.

Visitor Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Coordinate visitor access and ensure a positive experience.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good financial understanding.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
