Our client is on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join their growing team. Forming part of the Sales department, your main responsibilities include:

  • Handling suppliers’ purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes.
  • Communicating with local and international suppliers to resolve queries related to orders, invoices, and claims.
  • Producing sales-related statistical and ad-hoc reports.
  • Updating the in-house product portfolio.
  • Issuing sales trade memos.
  • Participating in shipping matters.
  • Compiling NSO declarations.
Requirements
  • Computer literate with knowledge on Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
