Prepare and process project-related paperwork during development and property sales/rentals.
Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed and properly filed.
Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence professionally.
Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Address inquiries and resolve minor project or property-related issues.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in office administration in a related sector
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail while maintaining focus on key information
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Maltese and English
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Education and Experience
Professional certifications in office administration will be considered an asset
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
