We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is well-organized, and communicates clearly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide company secretarial services and manage phone calls and e-mail communications

• Coordinate and manage agendas and appointments

• Handle correspondence and maintain archives

• Support both internal and external communication

• Serve as liaison between the company and external accounting and tax services

• Prepare minutes and documentation from management meetings

• Perform initial filtering of incoming investment offers

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, spoken and written

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong skills in drafting clear, concise, and accurate minutes and reports

• Ability to work independently and proactively
