A well-established client of ours operating in the Shipping & Maritime industry, is searching for an Office Administrator to join their team and provide administrative support across internal teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Assistance to the Directors and Senior Management
  • General office administration
  • Scheduling client and internal meetings
  • Ordering and management of supplies
  • Providing assistance with coordination of office events and activities.
  • Coordinating marketing efforts between internal teams and third-party marketing agencies
  • Posting and monitoring the Company's social media platforms and online presence
  • Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks as necessary
  • Being the point of reference for staff and external stakeholders, including service providers
Requirements
  • Candidates must be residing and working in Malta already
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Maltese AND English
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Great level of creativity and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
Education and Experience
  • A Level Standard of Education, as a minimum
  • Prior 2 years local experience in office management or administrative support is a must
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics is highly desired
