Our clients, a leading CSP entity, are looking to recruit an Office Administrator. Reporting to the Head of Departments, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, overseeing administrative systems and procedures to optimize efficiency;
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, ensuring all office equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly;
  • Manage front desk operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and calls;
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing audit letters, managing calendars, and handling correspondence for audit and finance teams;
  • Facilitate efficient communication and coordination within the office;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicate office policies and updates to the team;
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and other regulations, maintaining a safe and pleasant working environment;
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements;
  • Manage office space allocation to optimize usage, ensuring secure and easily accessible storage of information;
  • Organize and maintain office documents and records.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • ​Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is a must.
  • ​Attention to detail in managing documents, scheduling, and maintaining office systems.
  • ​Assess the ability to interact positively with colleagues and external partners, manage stakeholder relationships, and foster a collaborative office environment.
  • ​Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritises effectively.
  • ​Adaptable to changing environments and be able to multitask efficiently.
Education & Experience
  • ​Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, email management, and familiarity with virtual meeting tools, is important.
  • Certification in business administration, office management, or a related field will be given preference.
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
