Amicorp Malta Limited is currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Amicorp Malta Ltd is looking for a pro-active and well-organised Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role requires someone who is comfortable liaising with different stakeholders and is used to juggling various tasks, often at the same time! So good communication and time management skills are needed. Any prior experience working in a trust or corporate services firm is a bonus, but not essential


  • Handling of invoices/petty cash system and liaising with internal accounts team
  • Upkeeping of the office and managing office supplies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post/couriers and online filings with Authorities
  • Managing the archiving system with offsite file storage
  • Manage ad-hoc projects.


  • Previous experience in a trust or corporate services firm is a bonus, but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday  from 08.00hrs till 17.00hrs
