Emanuel Ellul Limited Malta is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team.

Job Role: 
In taking up this position you will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day administration of office duties, general clerical work, the filing of documents, and welcoming and attending to clients in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to prioritise and organise work effectively to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (ECDL Required) and O-level in Accounts
  • Experience, although an asset, is not required as necessary training will be provided.
