Decenomy Plc in Malta is looking to recruit a committed Office Administrator with a professional manner, who will create a warm, welcoming, and informative environment for all our visitors at our Mosta office.  You will be part of a friendly team and key to driving the business forward through your customer service and efficiency. The role is interesting and challenging, as you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our office as well as supporting our employees in various logistical tasks. The successful applicant will benefit from an in-depth training experience.

Some of the duties include day-to-day office administration operations; setting up a filing system, assisting our CEO and office manager,  providing administrative support to our staff. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A smart, mature, and pleasant personality
  • A hard-working nature and be able to work on their own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English, Maltese, and German.
