Our client running a Notarial Office is currently recruiting for a diligent and mature Notarial Assistant to support the day to day operations of the office as well as the Notary. Your daily duties will include;

  • Communicating and liaising with clients
  • Assisting in due diligence processes
  • Compiling and vetting of documents
  • Dealing with day to day registrations including preparing returns and forms to be submitted to Government Authorities
  • Doing errands related to said jobs
  • Supporting the Notary as required with day to day administration
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity is required
  • Some previous experience in a notarial/legal or compliance environment would be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written in Maltese and English;
  • Be organized, efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • A driving licence
  • Based in Malta
Education & Experience
  • O / A'Level standard of Education is desirable
