Our client is looking to employ a supportive arm on the administrative processes of
the firm on a part-time basis. As your duties you would:  

  • Input data in MS Excel spreadsheets 
  • Follow on work processes and keeping the data updated 
  • Monitor analytics and changes in the sheet and communicate to the relevant individual 
  • Sending reminders and informing people serving as a main point of contact for the processes being monitored

Working hours for this role are from Monday to Friday and 4 hours each day.

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in English (written and verbal)
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel (non-negotiable)
  • Analytical, detail and data oriented
Education & Experience
  • ECDL qualification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of an A level standard of education or equivalent experience in a law firm
