Our client is seeking to employ a Junior Office Administrator to join their team. The individual will be reporting to the Project Coordinator and will be carrying out an array of administrative duties required for the running of the business. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Receiving invoices and inputting them into Excel sheet
  • Preparing payments through online banking facilities 
  • Following up with contractors and vendors involved in company-wide projects
  • Assisting with the procurement process, including follow-ups with contractors and or suppliers 
  • Assists with other administrative tasks such as insurances, licenses and filing documents
  • Other related ad hoc duties assigned 

Office hours are between Monday to Friday normal office hours.

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Must be flexible to change, hands-on and organised
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Must have time management skills and a keen eye for detail
Education & Experience
  • Minimum if an A level standard of education
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications
