F. Schembri Holdings in Malta is currently looking to recruit a General Office Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

F. Schembri Group comprises of a group of companies covering all aspects of the construction industry, including civil works, manufacturing of pre-cast elements, infrastructural works including major roadworks and other capital projects.

We are looking for a General Office Clerk, who will form an integral part of the Company.

The main responsibilities include:

  • To perform a variety of office and administrative-related tasks
  • To assist and support inventory control and planning
  • To check sales orders from clients
  • To accurately file and process records
  • To assist in debt collection
  • To provide an efficient and effective support function to the operations of the said company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Maltese
  • Able to work in a teamwork environment and on your own initiative
  • Previous experience in similar post would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packaging including Excel and Word
  • ‘O’ level standard of education
  • Have clean police conduct.
