We are looking for Replacement Agents to help with administrative and customer service tasks, such as assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone and providing support with queries or complaints.
Candidates will be assigned to on-site locations across Malta's North, Central, and South regions. This position is based on 40 or 30 hours per week and rostered between Monday and Saturday.
