Nicholas Industries in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Front Office Desk - General Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. Interested candidates MUST have Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English.

Responsabilities:

  • Taking Calls and fulfilling their demands, while passing on calls to the desired interlocutors
  • Greet Clients in the reception area
  • Screening and answering mail & emails
  • Procurement of Office Supplies
  • Filing, copying, and scanning of documents
  • Responsible for Petty cash
  • Keeping a record of expenses
  • Issuing receipts for Orders or Invoices for any sales
  • Data inputting
  • Reconcile cash book
  • Collecting money and giving change
  • Taking appointments
  • Chasing Debtors + sending statements every month.

Requirements:
  • Previous Experience in a similar Role
  • MS Office proficient
  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English are a MUST
  • Basic Accounts knowledge will be considered an asset
  • O-Level in Maths or Accounts
*Working hours are from 8:00 AM till 17:00 PM every day and can work Saturdays too if needed from 8:00 AM till 12:00 PM
