Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phones, screen calls, and direct them to appropriate staff
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
• Process mail and deliveries
• Maintain office supplies and order replacements
• Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
