Our Client within the public sector is currently seeking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting to the department manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Greeting customers in a positive and professional manner
  • Handling of incoming mail
  • Handling of telephone calls
  • Assisting with meeting arrangements
  • Front desk coordination and upkeep
  • Assisting in general administration and finance duties 
  • Assisting with travel arrangements for staff members
  • Providing additional administrative support as required

Winter (Mid September - Mid July): Roster 07:30hrs - 16:30hrs & 09:00hrs - 18:00hrs

Summer (Mid July - Mid September): Roster 07:30hrs -13:00hrs & 09:30hrs - 15:00hrs

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Fluency in written and verbal Maltese and English
  • Proficiency in Ms Office
  • Proven experience in a similar role
Education & Experience
  • An MQF Level 4 Standard of Education
  • A Certificate/Diploma in Administration and Secretarial Duties is considered an asset
