We have a new role with one of the leading Corporate Service Providers in Malta. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting clients
  • Handling incoming emails, mail, and other material
  • Assisting with general office administration tasks
  • Handling day-to-day filing and data inputting
  • Keeping track of disbursements
  • Invoicing and calculation of penalties 
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Implementing and maintaining office systems
  • Following up on pending actions and ensuring that tasks are completed
  • Performing other administrative ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time 
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Previous administrative experience is a must
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
Education & Experience
  • O'Level/ A' level standard of Education
  • Proficiency in both English and Maltese
