FL Yachting Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, proficiency in Excel and other desktop applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Good communication / organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and liaise with employees, managers, and directors
  • Familiarity with yachting and boating is considered an asset
  • Good social media skills.

Other duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Excellence in greeting and hosting clients
  • Maintaining and improving internal processes
  • Responsible for the day-to-day manning and running of the office
  • Maintaining the website and social media
  • Filing / basic accounting
  • Organisation of office
  • Phone operation
  • Secretarial tasks
  • Be a team player
  • Be self-motivated and possess problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a level of professionalism and ability to work without supervision.
