CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

To further improve in this area, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive with a customer oriented attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Support in customer orders and coordinate delivery and installation schedules.
• Support logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve claims professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare service-related reports.
• Work closely with installation, warehouse, sales and manufacturing teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service is considered an asset.
