We’re Hiring: Customer Care Representative

Location: Flexible to work in all Homemate Outlets 

Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: Customer Care Supervisor

About the Role : -

At Homemate, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service to match our high-quality products. We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who will be the first point of contact for our clients — someone who can consistently provide assistance with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

This is an ideal role for a people-person with a passion for solving problems and helping others in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Greet and assist clients in-store and via phone with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Resolve queries and complaints efficiently and empathetically.
• Provide product and policy information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Liaise with internal departments (sales, deliveries, warehouse) to coordinate solutions.
• Process returns, exchanges, and follow-ups in line with company policies.
• Ensure customer requests are logged, followed up, and resolved promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer service desk.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or service role (retail or hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese (other languages are a plus).
• A calm and solution-oriented approach to client concerns.
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using POS systems, email, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
• Able to work shifts including shifts till 8pm, shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
