Customer Care Representative

Aquani (Nibe Beverages Limited) in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Representative to join their growing team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
• Receive and create orders
• Take and distribute accurate messages
• Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
• Update and maintain databases such as client information 
• Handling customer queries by email and phone, Social Media
• Sending copies of documents (invoices, credit notes and statements)

Requirements:  

• Good knowledge and fluency in Maltese and English
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, efficient and able to work under pressure
• Reliable and a team player
• Able to work flexible hours.
