Our client is seeking a Call Centre Administration Assistant, reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • To receive incoming calls to our call centre as necessary providing a high level of service as required by the company and by its clients in relation to the products being provided by the company.
  • Outgoing calls as necessary to ensure a high level of service and to perform quality control as required by the company and by its clients in relation to the products being provided by the company.
  • Perform any assistance work, data collection and data input with care and accuracy as necessary in order to provide clients with the services required.
  • Monitor the performance of specific products or processes and report to management and carry out actions related to specific procedures as requested by management.
  • Perform any related tasks as requested by management and necessary for the upkeep of the company’s services, assets or premises.

    Requirements
  • You will be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Have problem-solving skills and a strong customer-oriented attitude
  • Possess telephone etiquette, communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in the following sectors is considered an asset: Call-Centre, Customer Care, Assistance services
  • An excellent level of both English & Maltese is a must for this role
  • Currently living in Malta


Working hours on a shift/ Roster basis - Monday - Friday  ( You will be required to work two out of six weekends )
