Our Client, a well-established international project management company in Malta, is looking for a Business Development Assistant & Marketing Co-ordinator​ to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, your responsibilities will diversify as follows:

BD Administration duties include:

  • Support the BD Senior Partner with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling of meetings; preparing reports, etc. and being flexible to assist as may be necessary and adaptable to changes in priorities depending on the needs of the organization;
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders via various means, including email, telephone, and the organization's website and ensure inquiries and requests are responded on time through well maintained relationships;
  • Supporting the Senior Partner and Partners with establishing technical standards, procedures and  parameters; 
  • Continually ensuring that practices, policies, strategy and services represent the client’s and the  company’s best interests. 

PR/ Marketing duties include:

  • Support the technical team with the development of content for various marketing channel, such as Social Media, Email campaigns and Website, and assist with the compilation of Marketing literature;
  • Preparing and posting online content on the company’s website as well as any other marketing  collateral as needed;
  • Coordinating marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics,  rankings etc.); 
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives and that projects are completed on time and within budget;
  • Assisting in the organization of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns, by preparing corporate presentations, marketing collateral, and the like,  and attending  them to facilitate their success; 
  • Creating a quarterly/bi-annual client-focused newsletter using the Company’s software and programs;
  • Searching for opportunities to promote and engage with the community on all initiatives, be they in development by, or others as may be the case.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Able to work under pressure and to work closely with others and independently
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, a high level of integrity
Education & Experience
  • Relevant qualification in the field would be an asset
  • Experience in related disciplines will be considered as an asset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
