We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Logistics Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the importation of new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics processes and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage shipping-related documents
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customs
  • Prepare and process shipping documents and invoices
  • Liaise with Transport Malta for vehicle registrations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
  • Resolve any daily operational issues or delays in shipments and communicate updates to relevant parties

Requirements:

  • Minimum O'Level Standard of education, Accounts is preferred
  • Good communication skills in Maltese and English 
  • Previous experience in an admin/logistics position
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Be proactive and have good administrative and numerical skills
