E&L Enterprises Ltd is currently seeking to recruit an Assistant to the Commercial Manager on a full-time basis.
The administration officer will be working closely with the Commercial Manager to provide administrative support in a dynamic environment.
Assistance to Commercial Manager:
- Organize and update the supplier's list with material prices
- Managing the commercial manager calendar with projects and milestones
- Drafting of work method statements and program of works.
- Taking part in the tender preparation process.
- Issuing cost comparison of suppliers.
- Organize meetings and take detailed minutes
- Any other day-to-day duties as the need arises
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Projects and Word in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- A Level Standard will be considered an asset.
