Centrecom Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit Airline Support Agents to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

Centrecom takes pride in being the Centre of Excellence providing value to our client's business by identifying customised solutions. We are the go-to outsourcing partner offering Contact Centre Services, Back Office Functions, Airline Revenue Accounting and GSA Services. 

We are now on the lookout for team members to join our Contact Centre Team. We are offering either full- time contracts for this position.

Requirements: 

  • Fluency in English is Mandatory
  • Good communication, writing and listening skills are particularly important in this role 
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision 
  • Computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate 
  • Previous experience in any customer care role is a must 
  • Flexible to be rostered from Monday to Sunday.
