Sunspot Tours Malta Ltd is currently looking for an Administrator & Bookkeeper to join their team on a part-time basis. 

Responsibilities:
  • Checking & paying Invoices
  • Posting Rep sales
  • Liaising with Suppliers
  • Petty Cash
  • General Bookkeeping
  • Performing general accounting duties as may be required including administration and filing.

Requirements:
  • Two years experience
  • O’ level standard
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Sage accounting software and Microsoft applications would be considered an asset
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative, whilst also being able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Working hours: 
  • Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week between 08:30 am – 17:00 pm.
