Our client within the Architecture and Design sector is recruiting a part-time candidate to support their growing team.
The person must be able to work morning hours between 9am - 2pm.
Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support across administration, back-office, and reception functions.
Organise and maintain office systems, including documentation, filing, and client reception.
Assist with general office administration as required.
Work closely with the team to improve operational efficiency.
Support front-office hospitality by welcoming guests and offering refreshments.
Requirements:
Strong command of both English and Maltese (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with initiative.
Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
