A vacancy has arisen for the post of Customer Care clerk within Ecopure Limited.
Reporting to the Business Manager, the selected candidate will carry out those duties within the function of the Department so as to provide the most efficient, reliable and timely service in support to the overall operations of the department and its customers
The selected candidate will be required to:
Deal with telephone calls in a courteous manner, collect orders, or pass on messages in a formal way to the required departments.
Assist water vendors and sales representatives on the Logistics Centre help line, coordinate their requirements while logging their requests.
Assist in the general duties related to sales and distribution planning.
Route daily sales orders, sales calls and planned deliveries and allocate them to their respective water vendor / route and prepare the required documentation.
Coordinate and prepare documentation for the sanitization, repairs and maintenance of water coolers and other related equipment.
Process and reconcile delivery truck documentation and ascertain their validity.
Support the cash office, when required.
Liaise with agents for the receipt of shipments / unloading of containers while making sure that delivered goods are received according to standard procedures.
Carry out checks of truck loading and unloading as required.
Participate in stock control procedures.
The selected candidate will:
have an O’Level standard of education and ECDL certification.
possess a proven track record in customer care.
have excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
be self-motivated.
show initiative and is able to work both within a team and independently.
