We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Commercial & Administrative position. This role will involve a variety of tasks and responsibilities, and will require someone who is able to multitask and prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of business operations of logistics and trading (buy and sell of fresh fruits, meat, seafood, petfood).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's commercial operations, including sales, and customer service oriented to primary goods such as fresh fruits, meat, seafood and pet food. 
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans. 
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, and prepare reports as needed. 
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure proficient operations and resolve any issues that may arise. 
  • Preparation of billing and control of supporting documents (BLS, Packing List, and other documents related to logistics and trading. 
  • Making and reviewing contracts in Spanish, English and Russian.  
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make recommendations for improvement towards payment. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountacy, Especialista in Sales, Sales Technician
  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of business operations and strategies
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
