Our client, a Financial Institution, is recruiting for an Administrative assistant to join their growing Compliance Department and support the team with Administration. Reporting to the MLRO, your duties will include;

  • Accurately collect data and maintain appropriate electronic filing databases
  • Customer data input uploads using our inhouse software platform
  • Undertaking background checks on customer onboarding and coordinate other administrative tasks
  • Extracting of reports using MS Office Tools
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues when dealing with generic requests and enquiries received from internal departments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support when communicating with external clients electronically or face to face.
  • Engage in any other tasks commensurate with the role.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Good Communication and able to work professionally with all stakeholders, having fluency in both English and Maltese
  • Be highly organized, pro-active, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Education & Experience
  • A minimum of O Level Standard
