Our client, a Financial Institution, is recruiting for an Administrative assistant to join their growing Compliance Department and support the team with Administration. Reporting to the MLRO, your duties will include;
Accurately collect data and maintain appropriate electronic filing databases
Customer data input uploads using our inhouse software platform
Undertaking background checks on customer onboarding and coordinate other administrative tasks
Extracting of reports using MS Office Tools
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues when dealing with generic requests and enquiries received from internal departments
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support when communicating with external clients electronically or face to face.
Engage in any other tasks commensurate with the role.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Strong attention to detail.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Good Communication and able to work professionally with all stakeholders, having fluency in both English and Maltese
Be highly organized, pro-active, and able to work on own initiative.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
