Our client, a leading distributor in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Tendering Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Forecasting of sales.
  • Placing orders with overseas suppliers.
  • Monitoring of stock levels.
  • Assisting with e-tendering .
  • Handling of general administrative duties as required.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office applications and general computer skills
  • Have a good command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of Maltese is seen as a Plus.
  • Based in Malta.
  • Work well under pressure and have strong organisational skills.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and customer service sills.
  • Proven work experience in a similar position.
Education & Experience
  • O'level standard of education
  • Proven work experience in a Medical or Scientific field will be considered an asset.
