We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join AMSM as an Administration Officer within our Warehouse and Distribution Department on a full-time basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and the Warehouse Team Leaders.
  • Prepare reports, prepare correspondence, and maintain up-to-date computer-based records.
  • Raise and process inventory transactions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ordinary Level of Education
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Word & Excel
  • Good command of both English and Maltese (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Team-player
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

The Alf Mizzi & Sons (Marketing) Group operates in the field of sales, distribution, and marketing of a wide range of food and allied grocery products primarily to the retail sector (supermarkets, grocers, etc.) and also to the foodservice sector. All products are purchased through three subsidiary purchasing companies: Zachary Ltd, Foodfinders Ltd, and Alfoods Ltd and are divided into 3 temperature regimes – ambient, chilled and frozen – each having different storage and distribution arrangements. The company operates from its state-of-the-art, custom-built premises at Zachary House in Marsa, which includes offices and warehouses.
