A client of ours specialising in yacht marina management is currently looking to onboard a Administration Officer. Your role and responsibility will include the following:

  • To ensure office procedures are up-to-date and as efficient as possible
  • Support the management team, in particular the General Manager
  • Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude with colleagues, customers and also vendors
  • Manage all correspondence, such as: phone calls, emails, snail mail, etc
  • Run the reception area in the most efficient way possible
  • Maintain database up-to-date 
  • Document management: filing, scanning, drafting, printing, etc
  • Keep stock lists updated and place orders when necessary of office supplies, etc
  • Assisting on purchase orders and invoicing
  • Record keeping of employee vacation/sick leave 
  • Occasionally attending conferences and workshops
  • Responsible for maintaining website and social media platforms up to date
  • Assist in planning yearly events, regular meetings. At times also ordering outside catering, etc

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday - 08:30-17:00 (flexible hours also being considered)

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English (other spoken languages would be a plus)
  • Attention to detail, organised and good time management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Able to work within a team and on own initiative
Education & Experience
  • Preferred candidates with 1 or 2 years previous work experience as an office manager/administration officer/receptionist would be given priority
