As the Administration Executive your main focus will be supporting all facets related to the coordination of condominiums' needs. The main duties are the following:
Spearhead the automation of processes with a view to increasing company efficiencies.
Be the first point of contact via telephone or email for customers
Log customer care queries in a meticulous manner and assist in resolving such as needed
Reply to inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain and enhance relations with residents, staff, and landlords
Coordinate maintenance work needed
Monitor budget expenses and report to management as required
Perform general office duties
Perform all other reasonable duties assigned by Management
