Within this job of an Administration Executive you will be working hand in hand with the HR Manager and efficiently offering administrative support as required:
Organising and maintaining the diary - scheduling and following up on appointments as needed.
Keeping track of emails and ensuring communication is finalised within a timely manner.
Compiling necessary reports and doing any other administration matters related to the role.
Coordinate different projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
Be the 'go to person' and tackling any first level support queries within the office.
Establish and nurture relationships with employees at all levels, providing employee support where necessary.
Contributing to the design and implementation of office procedures, while also ensuring processes are adhered too.
Supporting with adhoc projects related to the role.
