Schembri Group is a dynamic group of companies with diverse interests including construction, road works, mechanical and electrical works, joinery, steel fabrication, cleaning services, hotel/restaurant industry, horse racing and property development, and we are seeking an Administration Clerk to join our team.

Administration Clerk

  • Answer phone calls and attend to clients’ queries in a patient and respectful manner;
  • Answer a number of emails daily and deal with their requirements;
  • Perform a variety of office and administrative related tasks;
  • Assist and support inventory control and planning;
  • Check sales order from clients;
  • Accurately file and process records;
  • Provide an efficient and effective support function to the operations of the company

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Maltese
  • A detailed-oriented, numerate and highly organised individual
  • Able to work in a teamwork environment and on your own initiative
  • Previous experience in similar post would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packaging including Excel and Word
  • ‘O’ level standard of education
  • Have clean police conduct
